Excellent Experience
I am so happy that I used roof doctor and Philip Hall to fix my hail damaged roof. I have always been leery of contractors but Philip put me at ease and always kept his word and answered his phone! I have already recommended him to several neighbors and I think he is doing their roofs as well.
Roof, gutter and downspout replacement.
Philip was very good at explaining the products and process. Even though the insurance company didn't feel the roof was fully damaged by the hail storm because of age and previous wind storms, I liked the explanation of the product and the service, Philip helped get the bid for replacement and the roof was completed in one day this rainy spring. The gutters and downspouts were completed a few weeks later. I liked the two roofing crews and Jacob with the gutter and downspout replacement did a great job and was particular about his workmanship. Philip was very good to followup and answer questions and concerns.
Hail damage 2018
We had a hail storm that was pretty wild for our area. Many of us had never had this kind of experience. Phillip was awesome in explaining what was needed, walked us through the process from beginning to end, and still checks back to make sure there is nothing else we need.
