RRSA has done an excellent job on both occasions that I have needed to use them. They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service in a timely manner,,,usually doing more and caring more than I expected.

The biggest difference between Bobby of RRSA and other roof contractors was he met our insurance adjuster on the roof - even at 7:30 AM !!- after marking out every bit of hail damage! Therefore our insurance company paid for all of it - it was a very smooth process! Several neighbors who didn’t have this service had disputes between the 2 parties resulting in 1 getting paid $0 for a new roof !

Our family had 3 roofs replaced by RRSA because of hail damage. There have been plenty of storms since and none have leaked. One was extra work because it needed plywood put on first and it was done efficiently. Another also needed siding replaced and Bobby explained every step. He kept track of every little detail and made recommendations to us that saved us $$$.
