Owner
Corey founded RRSA and led its transformation from a regional storm restoration company into a commercial roofing partner serving multifamily portfolio managers, commercial facilities operators, and military installations across all fifty states through a single point of contact. A former collegiate rodeo competitor out of Hill College and Sam Houston State, Corey built the company in Ellis County, Texas, where it remains headquartered.

Jenny Seymore
Chief Financial Officer
Jenny Seymour leads RRSA’s financial operations as CFO, overseeing accounting, reporting, and financial strategy for the company’s nationwide commercial program. A member of the ownership team, she has been with the business full-time since 2001 and brings institutional knowledge spanning every stage of RRSA’s growth from regional operations to a nationwide commercial partner. Jenny is based at the company’s Waxahachie headquarters.

Cole Cunningham
National Account Manager
Cole is a National Account Manager who joined RRSA in 2010, spent twelve years in commercial roofing distribution, and returned to the company in 2024. His background on both the contractor and supply sides of the industry gives him practical insight into how commercial projects move from bid through completion. Cole is originally from Blooming Grove, Texas.

Jeremy Fritz
Project Analysis Manager
Jeremy Fritz joined RRSA in 2024 as Project Analysis Manager, tracking project financials and making sure commercial jobs stay on budget. He previously served as a project manager at Convergent Technologies, bringing operational oversight experience to RRSA’s commercial pipeline. Jeremy is based in Waxahachie.

Contract Administrator
Jessica Ganey has been with RRSA since 2013, running contract administration on the military side of the business. Her work spans subcontractor vetting for base access, certified payroll, insurance and bonding, billing, and warranty processing. Based in San Angelo, Texas, Jessica is an Air Force spouse and brings both military familiarity and operational precision to her role.

Sales Support Manager
Chris Helm has been with RRSA since 1999. Over 20 years on the road, she managed field offices and operations across 38 states. Today she handles commercial permitting, residential warranties, and operational support, ensuring projects move through approvals without delays.

Ben Kahle
National Account Manager
Ben has been a National Account Manager at RRSA for five years, bringing a decade of commercial roofing experience and a reputation for advocating on behalf of clients through complex projects and insurance negotiations. Based in Yorba Linda, California, he manages accounts across RRSA’s national portfolio. Outside of work, Ben coaches his kids’ softball teams and stays active in men’s sports leagues.

Ryan Maxwell manages superintending, inspections, and business development across RRSA’s national operations. Before joining RRSA, he owned and operated his own construction management company, bringing hands-on project leadership to every client engagement. Ryan serves as a direct point of contact for portfolio clients managing projects across multiple states.

Jen Medlock has been with RRSA for fourteen years, handling HR support, certified payroll, and administrative operations. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Texas A&M Commerce and has grown alongside the company through every stage of its expansion.

Outside Sales & National Account Manager
Tres Medlock has been part of RRSA for nearly two decades, leading outside sales and business development in the DFW market. He helps portfolio managers, facility operators, and commercial clients understand how a single national roofing partner simplifies their portfolio from initial assessment through project delivery.

Ron Nichols
Head of Military & Commercial Roofing Division
Ron Nichols leads RRSA’s Military and Commercial Roofing Division and has been in the roofing industry since 1989. He joined RRSA in 2011, bringing three and a half decades of commercial roofing experience and client relationships dating back to 1998. Originally from San Diego, Ron works directly with commercial and federal partners across the country.

Wil Oliver
National Account Manager
Will Oliver has been with RRSA since April 2009, after first working a summer job for the company in 2004. Originally from Walla Walla, Washington, he graduated from Tarleton State University and worked framing crews and welding shutdown jobs before returning to RRSA full-time. As a National Account Manager, Will handles customer accounts, estimates, and inspection reports for clients across the country.

Nicholas Roeder
General Counsel & IT Director
Nicholas Roeder has been with RRSA since 2009, serving as General Counsel and IT Director. He oversees legal and regulatory affairs across the company’s multi-state operations along with the technology systems that keep RRSA running. Before joining, Nicholas spent five years in industrial automation, programming assembly lines for manufacturers including Goodyear Tire and Mrs. Baird’s.

Tim Shehan has been with RRSA for twenty-two years. A former bull rider from Ellis County, he graduated Sam Houston State with owner Corey Sanchez and joined the company the year after it started. Tim manages national accounts and long-term client relationships across RRSA’s portfolio.

Contract Administrator
Allison Sullivan manages the administrative side of commercial projects at RRSA, from contract review and cost calculation through closeout. She brings four years of commercial HVAC project management experience to her role, giving her a sharp eye for contract terms, cost controls, and project documentation.

Seth Terry oversees risk management and regulatory compliance across RRSA’s multi-state operations. He brings construction oversight experience from both the client and contractor sides of commercial projects, giving him practical perspective on how compliance shapes project delivery.

Emmeline Wallace manages the Waxahachie office and handles marketing for RRSA, overseeing the company’s brand voice, content, and external communications. A Stephen F. Austin graduate and Waxahachie native, she brings a creative eye to RRSA’s marketing while keeping day-to-day office operations running behind the scenes.

Rob Werts has been with RRSA since 1998. As Production Manager, he handles specifications for large projects and coordinates subcontractors and equipment once contracts are awarded. His experience spans the company’s full evolution from regional operations to nationwide commercial programs.

Eric Wiley is a Managing Partner at RRSA with over twenty years at the company, running operations out of the St. Louis office. His team handles commercial, retail, and residential roofing across the Midwest, anchored by long-tenured staff members who have been with him for more than a decade. A Sam Houston State graduate originally from Rockwall, Texas, Eric has helped build RRSA’s national footprint from the ground up.

Bailey Medlock joined RRSA in 2015 and has grown with the company ever since, starting on the project management side before stepping into his current role as a National Account Manager. He splits his time between developing new business from the Waxahachie office and running large project job sites across the country. A Waxahachie native, Bailey brings hands-on field experience to every client relationship.
