Best Roofing Contractor Yet
William Enneking Sales Representative for RRSA came calling to my house and asked if he could do a free roof inspection based on the hail storm we just had. I agreed and he returned about hour later with a inspection update. William said I had damage to my shingles, my gutter guards, roof vents and the roof drip line was done incorrect. In addition he found my garage door had dents in it. He offered to help me file an insurance claim which we proceeded to do in my house. I gave him my insurance company and policy number while using his cell phone he stated to the insurance company the damages to the roof he found. The insurance company requested if I was the policy holder and my information. The insurance inspector was arragned to arrive one week later to inspect the roof. William made a point to be present when the insurance inspector arrived to point out the various issues he found. William told the insurance inspector there was a double layer of shingles to be removed and the inspector stated it was single only. With the inspector present Wiliam removed the top layer of shingles to show the inspector it was a double layer of shingles that would need to be removed. During the approval for new roof , RRSA found three sheathing that need to be removed and replaced and was completed at that time. The whole time to remove double layer of shingles and new shingles was done in about four hours. I inspected around the house and found no roofing nails or trash and was really clean after roofing was completed. I rate RRSA 7 stars based on the quality work, no trash no nails and helping on the insurance claim and inspection. William made it a point to look after the customers interest and not everyone does that. ASK for WILLIAM ENNEKING HE IS THE BEST.

I was impressed with the service. From the time the crew got on site to when they were finished it was done quickly and professionally. I am satisfied with the work. RRSA was fantastic from the beginning. Very informative about how things would go. The communication was top-notch. Cody was amazing! The crew that did our roof was hard-working and it looks better than we even expected it to. The weather was not in our favor so we had to continue to postpone. The due to the weather, they got a later start in the morning than expected. The crew had to come back the next day for a couple of hours to finish a section. Clean up around the house was really good. We found a couple of nails, but that's expected. There's no way to get every single one I'm sure. About 10 days after our roof was replaced we had water in one of our bedrooms. We assumed that it was the roof because we just had it replaced and it had been raining a lot. Cody came out in helped with investigation on that. It turned out that it was not the roof at all just really bad timing with a plumbing pipe leaking. Cody knew that it wasn't the roof, but he stayed to help in any way that he could. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he was. We will definitely be recommending this company for anyone who needs a roof replaced. The cost of replacing our roof was a fair price and better than we expected. They were about $5,000 cheaper then it company that we had previously talked to. Thanks again to Dan for stopping by in the neighborhood. If it was not for him we would have never found this company.
