Top Notch!
RRSA was fantastic from the beginning. Very informative about how things would go. The communication was top-notch. Cody was amazing! The crew that did our roof was hard-working and it looks better than we even expected it to. The weather was not in our favor so we had to continue to postpone. The due to the weather, they got a later start in the morning than expected. The crew had to come back the next day for a couple of hours to finish a section. Clean up around the house was really good. We found a couple of nails, but that's expected. There's no way to get every single one I'm sure. About 10 days after our roof was replaced we had water in one of our bedrooms. We assumed that it was the roof because we just had it replaced and it had been raining a lot. Cody came out in helped with investigation on that. It turned out that it was not the roof at all just really bad timing with a plumbing pipe leaking. Cody knew that it wasn't the roof, but he stayed to help in any way that he could. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he was. We will definitely be recommending this company for anyone who needs a roof replaced. The cost of replacing our roof was a fair price and better than we expected. They were about $5,000 cheaper then it company that we had previously talked to. Thanks again to Dan for stopping by in the neighborhood. If it was not for him we would have never found this company.
outstanding work
I live in south Mississippi we had two projects completed one was residential one commercial both projects were done in one day and two different crews did an outstanding job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for future work. Hard workers on both crews worked non stop from start to finish.
Excellent all around
Working with RRSA was excellent all around. From communication to informative to the last piece of debris that was picked up in my yard. They didn't excellent job of communicating what was going to be done and how things were going to go. Our finished roof looks absolutely amazing and way better than we ever expected it to look. We will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that we know that needs a roof. Prices were Fair and the work impeccable.

Roofing Replacement for My Home
I was very pleased with the the roofing removal and replacement work that RRSA was hired to do on my home in Harrison County, MS. I found the the personnel from RRSA that I interacted with to be informative and easy to work with. They readily answered all questions I had about the work being undertaken and kept me informed as to when the work on my home was to take place. My assessment is that work done on my home by RRSA was of top quality.

roof replacement
They took a long time to fix the repairs needed inside the house due to roof replacement but once finished, it was excellent. The upstairs bedroom was completely repainted and the torn screen was replaced.
I highly recommend RRSA...
From the very beginning I received excellent help from Jon R. He was there when the the claim adjuster did their inspection and followed through on ordering the roof shingle and rain gutters replacement. The crew was there within a week and in two days I had new roof shingles. The rain gutters were replaced the next week in less than a day. They all did an excellent job and my wife and I are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend RRSA for your roofing and gutter replacement.
Excellent People
Living in Louisiana, 100 miles or less from the gulf coast, we are prone to hurricanes. After receiving some damage from Hurricane Laura and Delta...I found RRSA on Facebook. Daniel Spetz came out and gave me an estimate. After talking to a couple different companies, RRSA was hands down the most choice. I called Daniel again and asked him to come out and get the paperwork started. Daniel Spetz and Todd Blanchard came out and did a 2nd look over. And gave me a more accurate estimate and description of what will be involved in the repair work. Daniel and Todd were very professional. Very Friendly. And extremely knowledgeable of the company, work, and materials being used. I know beyond a shadow of doubt that goin with RRSA is no mistake. Look forward to doing business.
