This roofer is amazing! I called him around 4:00p, he arrived to my home in 5mins. We had a large section of shingle raise up on our roof. Eric came back by the next morning at 10:00am and repaired it. He did such a great job! You can't even tell we had damage! We are so thankful, he is a perfect local addition! That makes Eureka a perfect place to live! And he adds a big part of making Eureka Strong! A big shout out to Eric for your kind caring ways of service! RRSA roofing job well done!

I recently had new gutters and leaf gutter guards installed on my home. When I first made contact with RRSA in Eureka, I spoke with Eric. He was very quick to respond to my request for suggestions on replacing my gutters and a leaf guard system to help with the many trees I have around my home. The job was scheduled and completed in a matter of days and the new gutters look great. Everything from start to finish was handled in a very professional manner. Roof Warranty
Our experience with RRSA was exceptional thanks to Chris Bradbury who supported a warranty effort after we experienced some leaking issues during a fast Spring thaw in MN. His consistent communication and timely responses helped make what started as a tough situation, a very good experience that resulted in minimal impact to my family's home. Working between multiple contractors and supporting good faith estimates from different perspectives, Chris handled our warranty claim professionally and timely! Big thanks to the folks at RRSA.

Replace shingles on roof
My sales rep, Jonathan Green, went above and beyond in helping us. He was fantastic! He took care of a few gutter issues before the crew was able to start the roofing project on his own time. He was very responsive and always kept us informed of the schedule even during the weather delays. I would highly recommend RRSA because of our experience with Jonathan.

They were quick to respond to my initial call and gave me a realistic timeline..The cost of my new roof was comparable to one of the most advertised companies in the area. I was impressed that RRSA offered quality products from my number one choice, GAF. The time it took to begin removing the old roof and installing the new roof was exceptional! I love my new roof!
