Best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. Tres is a gem. He was there while the roofers were working and was available at any time if we had any questions. I'm a (very) picky person so it's not often I am 100% satisfied with any service organization, but Tres tops the list at 100% here. Even got to sit and pick guitars with him for a few minutes on one visit! You don't get any better than that!

My elderly father had a roof installed. He is due a rebate from the shingle company because he is a veteran. He also does not have computer access. Ms Dowd went above and beyond, allowing me to help him with his rebate. She made sure I had all the information needed to apply for his rebate. Was very clear about everything also. A great employee deserving of a raise.

We can not say enough positive remarks about RRSA. The professional service and attention we received from them, from the start of our very lengthy process to the end, was exceptional. The superior customer service and support we received from them isn't all that common anymore, and we feel so fortunate that we chose them to help us with the replacement of our roof after hail damage. We would like to specifically thank Jared Dowd. He was with us from the start until the end. This process lasted over a year and he always had our backs and didn't give up fighting for us. He assessed our roof (more than once) and was present every time we had other inspectors come out (which was several different occasions). He always took our phone calls and did everything he could to help us in every way possible. He even helped us pick the best color for our roof. We had issues with our insurance company and Jared took care of all of it. We didn't have to deal with that frustration at all. This was appreciated even more because during the claim process, my father passed away, and Jared handled all of the back and forth communication that occurred with the insurance company during that stressful time. If you want excellent customer service and a great end product, go with RRSA. You will not regret it. We are extremely grateful for our time with them all.
