This place was great to deal with! Had a leak in my roof. I called and they told me that someone would be there before the end of the day and in fact they did. A polite, professional young man by the name of Brandon showed up and and was so thorough in his effort to find the leak that I was confident he would. He located the leak in the attic, took some pictures, then showed me the issue. After confirming I wanted it fixed, he left to get a part he needed and then returned within an hour like he said. He fixed the issue at a cost that I would deem more than reasonable. He even checked back with me the next time it rained to see if the issue was corrected and assured me that if it wasn't, he would return and make it right. No reason to return- problem solved. Definitely would recommend this roofing company.

RRSA has amazing customer service! They were attentive to our needs, quick to respond to questions, and took the the load of negotiating with our insurance off of our hands after a hail storm. Their team of roofers lead by Jose were polite, professional, and very detailed oriented. From start to finish RRSA did an amazing job!

We really appreciated the help Stuart gave us from start to finish. He co- ordinated with our insurance company, and reviewed our roof with the insurance agent, pointing-out where hail damage was evident. Stuart also explained the work and costs for each part of the job. I also liked how he gave us the timeline of everything including not only the work and delivery of materials, but also the contacts we'd have with the insurance adjuster and timing of the payments for the job. He was a very friendly and helpful person that we could always contact when we had a question. Great Job.

From Start to Finish
We chose to call Philip to do an assessment regarding hail damage to our roof when we witnessed the work he had done on our neighbor’s roof replacement. We were not disappointed in our choice—from start to finish he always made time to stay in contact and often met with us to discuss what was needed. He was very helpful with some matters concerning our insurance and was very accommodating to complete the work within our time frame. He kept us informed regarding any problems he encountered when doing the roof, and his crew is very careful in their cleanup. I would highly recommend him to anyone. When Jonathan Green knocked on our door my husband wanted me to turn him away. We will never regret letting him check out our roof. We had damage we didn’t even realize we had.
