The whole exeperince was excellent, Bobby and his wife took care of all insurance issues, the work was done quickly, the clean up after the new roof was installed was very thorough. RRSA has done an excellent job on both occasions that I have needed to use them. They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service in a timely manner,,,usually doing more and caring more than I expected.
Key was Bobby working with the insurance adjusters
The biggest difference between Bobby of RRSA and other roof contractors was he met our insurance adjuster on the roof - even at 7:30 AM !!- after marking out every bit of hail damage! Therefore our insurance company paid for all of it - it was a very smooth process! Several neighbors who didn’t have this service had disputes between the 2 parties resulting in 1 getting paid $0 for a new roof !

Our family had 3 roofs replaced by RRSA because of hail damage. There have been plenty of storms since and none have leaked. One was extra work because it needed plywood put on first and it was done efficiently. Another also needed siding replaced and Bobby explained every step. He kept track of every little detail and made recommendations to us that saved us $$$.

Fabulous customer service
The customer service provided by RRSA was phenomenal. Bobby handled the insurance claim and got our roof and gutters replaced and our house painted. The workers came on schedule and were meticulous in cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
Fast and realiable work
Nicholas Roeder did a great job communicating the job to us. He explained the different types of roofs and benefits of each. We were very satisfied with the work, and the time they took to complete the work. A few weeks after the work was completed we found a shingle in the grass after a windstorm, and I called the company to come check if it was from out roof. Nicholas Roeder sent someone right away to check on the roof. I would recommend RRSA and Nicholas Roeder to others.
