Phillip Hall was very responsive to any question or concern. I was never left waiting for a respose or return call. The installation team worked quickly and did a good job. The roof seems to have done it's job through a very stormy, wet winter.

Excellent Experience
I am so happy that I used roof doctor and Philip Hall to fix my hail damaged roof. I have always been leery of contractors but Philip put me at ease and always kept his word and answered his phone! I have already recommended him to several neighbors and I think he is doing their roofs as well.
Roof, gutter and downspout replacement.
Philip was very good at explaining the products and process. Even though the insurance company didn't feel the roof was fully damaged by the hail storm because of age and previous wind storms, I liked the explanation of the product and the service, Philip helped get the bid for replacement and the roof was completed in one day this rainy spring. The gutters and downspouts were completed a few weeks later. I liked the two roofing crews and Jacob with the gutter and downspout replacement did a great job and was particular about his workmanship. Philip was very good to followup and answer questions and concerns.
