It was a very positive experience. I was most impressed with how quickly the whole process went. Every thing , from the initial review, coordination with State Farm, delivery of materials, and completion of the work. The crew was very efficient, everyone was obviously very experienced and worked very quickly. I'm glad I picked RSSA as other nearby homes who had other companies signs out all were done much later even though they committed before I did. My neighbors across the road picked RSSA based on my recommendation and their project was completed quickly also .Thank you for a good job. Jared came out surveyed damage on the roof. After finding and documenting damage he worked with the insurance adjuster and office to see that the roof was replaced. His crews came out cleared old roof , replaced with new shingles . Very efficient and professional group. Everything thing Jared said would be done was completed per say. Good follow after job completed. I was very pleased.
