From initial contact to the actual work and dealing with our insurance the entire process was seamless. Excellent communication and very responsive to our questions. Worked with Ian who was absolutely amazing through this process. He did the initial inspection, came back to meet with insurance adjuster, walked us through the entire insurance claim, and answered any and all questions we had. The crew themselves did a fantastic job. Very polite and hard working. Area was completely cleaned up when finished. Roof looks great! Thank you all for helping us through this process

This review is specifically for the gentlemen who are currently doing roofs aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany Georgia(4/20/2022). I have watched these gentlemen work a whole day on my roof and they showed such great teamwork but just as important they had integrity when they did not even think I was watching . The one gentleman was sooo very meticulous in making sure my yard was free of nails and roofing debri. They absolutely went above and beyond making sure things were cautioned off from children and cleaning up as they went . Did I mention they did not even see that I was watching them !!! They barely stopped working and they are very punctual in their timing ! Here every morning to start work at 8am! Well done guys well well done !

RRSA was a Super group of folks to work with. They were very helpful on insuring that the correct repairs were explained to the Insurance CO. and that all repairs were completed in a timely manner. They did and excellent job on cleaning up and the folks doing the work were very easy to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend RRSD to anyone.

Excellent Service
During the Derecho storm that swept through Eastern Iowa last summer, our roof; siding & gutters were a disaster. Along with ours, most homes in the area were badly effected and residents were waiting a long time to get estimates and approval for repairs. When our local roofing companies were unable to assist due to lack of manpower and materials, we contacted RRSA and they responded immediately! While others were still waiting for repairs to begin, our home was fully repaired and looked like new within a mater of days! I would highly recommend RRSA for any exterior home repairs. The cost was very reasonable they work very close to the insurance companies to ensure all repairs are covered! Out of a "10 Star" rating, I would give RRSA a "12"!

From the very beginning I received excellent help from Jon R. He was there when the the claim adjuster did their inspection and followed through on ordering the roof shingle and rain gutters replacement. The crew was there within a week and in two days I had new roof shingles. The rain gutters were replaced the next week in less than a day. They all did an excellent job and my wife and I are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend RRSA for your roofing and gutter replacement.
Excellent People
Living in Louisiana, 100 miles or less from the gulf coast, we are prone to hurricanes. After receiving some damage from Hurricane Laura and Delta...I found RRSA on Facebook. Daniel Spetz came out and gave me an estimate. After talking to a couple different companies, RRSA was hands down the most choice. I called Daniel again and asked him to come out and get the paperwork started. Daniel Spetz and Todd Blanchard came out and did a 2nd look over. And gave me a more accurate estimate and description of what will be involved in the repair work. Daniel and Todd were very professional. Very Friendly. And extremely knowledgeable of the company, work, and materials being used. I know beyond a shadow of doubt that goin with RRSA is no mistake. Look forward to doing business. Give these 2 guys my thanks!
Great New Roof and Gutters--Easy with RRSA
Stuart Hastings did an outstanding job from start to finish. We had hail damage in our town and our house was part of the hail storm. I didn't think about hail damage until Stuart came by and asked if I wanted to have him check for damage. He checked and said I had some damage. I called our insurance adjuster and they checked and said they couldn't see much. I called Stuart and told him of their findings. I have a two story home and the insurance adjuster did not go to the higher roof. Stuart insisted there was damage and took pictures of the lower and the upper roof. He pursued the insurance company sending pictures of not only the roof but the gutter damage. Stuart's persistence paid off and he got us a new roof and gutter covers. What a blessing. We never would have got this roof and gutter covers without Stuart's help. All through the process Stuart was very personal, professional and informative but very direct with the insurance company. Stuart handled everything even down to picking the shingle and color and we are grateful for his work. He even handled my Veteran rebate with GAF The roof was done on the day he said it would be. The crew was fast, efficient, and cleaned up all debris around my home. I now have a new roof that will add protection and value to my house. This was only possible with Stuart Hastings and RRSA. Thank You

Outstanding service and work
We had an excellent experience. From the start our local contact—Kody—was outstanding. He always answered promptly. Follow thru wonderful. The crew was amazing. They worked so hard and it was very hot. They cleaned up—not a scrap left anywhere. I recommend Kody and RRSA highly. I have already referred others. Thank you!
Very Professional
We worked with Brendon he was very professional . He was also likable down to earth guy we struck a friendship with. My roof was done without delay exceeding our expectations. When you are looking for any roof repair. I definitely recommend R&R with 5/5 stars.
Fantastic Service
Five Stars- from start to finish, the service we received from RRSA for our hail damaged roof was great- the job was done quickly, but still with great care and attention to detail. Bobby North, our RRSA rep, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their follow up to fix a leaky skylight was prompt and thorough. Thanks! We are very pleased.

Exceptional Customer Service - Roof Replacement
We worked with Jaren Garcia and his team from start to finish on our insurance roof replacement. Jaren made sure to he was there from the insurance inspector's initial visit all the way to the completion of the project. Anytime we had questions about next steps, financial options, project coordination or even ensuring our specific needs were met Jaren was always happy to help and extremely knowledgeable about our options. Working with insurance companies and staying up to date on building code regulations is not something many of us do everyday. Thankfully there are companies like RRSA and people like Jaren out there to make this process smooth and painless.
