We can not say enough positive remarks about RRSA. The professional service and attention we received from them, from the start of our very lengthy process to the end, was exceptional. The superior customer service and support we received from them isn't all that common anymore, and we feel so fortunate that we chose them to help us with the replacement of our roof after hail damage. We would like to specifically thank Jared Dowd. He was with us from the start until the end. This process lasted over a year and he always had our backs and didn't give up fighting for us. He assessed our roof (more than once) and was present every time we had other inspectors come out (which was several different occasions). He always took our phone calls and did everything he could to help us in every way possible. He even helped us pick the best color for our roof. We had issues with our insurance company and Jared took care of all of it. We didn't have to deal with that frustration at all. This was appreciated even more because during the claim process, my father passed away, and Jared handled all of the back and forth communication that occurred with the insurance company during that stressful time. If you want excellent customer service and a great end product, go with RRSA. You will not regret it. We are extremely grateful for our time with them all.
Jared Dowd explained everything regarding RRSA working with the Insurance company and doing the estimates and what happens from start to finish. The workers really worked and had it torn off, shingled, cleaned up and finished in six hours.I wanted skylights but the way our roof was, I wasn't able to put them in, I would have to have gotten different ones. The main roofer really did his best to find a way to get them in. The office people took care of all of the paperwork and things went smoothly. Very good company to work with.
