RRSA Vero Beach enjoys keeping our blog readers informed about all things involving Vero Beach and South Florida. Even though our areas are blessed to be a part of the Sunshine State and haven't experienced nasty, cold weather yet, like the butterfly effect, the cold weather in the North still affects us inadvertently. Negative ripples occur as travelers try to make their way to South Florida but are inconvenienced by delayed and canceled flights.

This article from the Sun Sentinel titled, South Florida Air Travel Affected by the Storm Moving up East Coast, Dumping Snow, Knocking Out Power describes in detail the trouble South Florida bound folks are experiencing. A quote from the article, "South Florida’s three major airports were reporting weather-related delays and cancellations to certain destinations."

So what does that have to do with roofing in Vero Beach and South Florida? A lot, actually. What we experience at RRSA Vero Beach when this kind of weather happens up north are homeowners who are ready to replace their old roof but can't make it home. Or snowbirds who have recently had RRSA Vero Beach replace their roof and are itching to get back to their northern homes. This causes us concern because when we do a roof replacement for homeowners, we become invested in them. We form relationships, and even make friends with our customers.

If you are a homeowner in Vero Beach or anywhere else in South Florida and you or your loved ones have been affected by this northern weather and/or flight delays, please understand that we are thinking of you. If there is anything we can do to assist you as your preferred South Florida roofer, don't hesitate to let us know.
