During this time in our nation's history, RRSA is keeping at the front end technology in order to keep our homeowners and our staff safe. We are offering no-contact inspections, virtual meetings and digital contracts, so your home can continue to keep you safe during the spring storm season.
To follow the social distancing guidelines currently in place, we will give high priority to drone inspections whenever possible. We plan to only perform exterior inspections, with the exception of emergency inspections when attic access may be necessary. If attic access is unavoidable, our staff will sanitize their hands prior to entering your home and keep their face covered.
A new roof is a big decision and we still want to "meet" with homeowners to walk them through our process, answer any questions and help make decisions face to face. Although meeting in-person isn't an option, RRSA is offering virtual video meetings to all of our homeowners and leads, so we can be there for them.
We are now offering digital contracts. We will send the contract to your email and have you sign using your finger. Once the contract is signed, RRSA and the homeowners will automatically receive a digital copy of the contract.
